History of Aviation

The advent and history of aviation is a testament to mans ever present thirst for knowledge, curiosity,  desire to explore and to conquer that which is unknown or deemed unattainable.

Aviation: From the beginning, man has longed for flight. From the first time a person looked skyward and envied the birds, to the last Shuttle flight, we, as a species, will never be satisfied with the Status Quo or our feet sentenced to the ground.

From Icarus to Goddard, from Lillienthal to Van Braun, from Da Vinci to Lindbergh, from the Wright Bros. to Rutan, from Emelia Earhardt to Sally Ride, the thought of “Flight” bespeaks all that is good with the Human Race.
